We got Married!

We met how most other couples of the 2020s have, online! We both held Facebook dating profiles in the spring of 2021 and quickly matched. Jordan initiated with an admiring gif but several days went by before a conversation could be struck. Realizing that Facebook wasn't the proper platform to get to know one another, Jordan asked: "Ivy, you on IG as well?" From there it didn't take the virtual acquaintances long to figure out they had a love for animals and the outdoors. They made plans to have a play date with their pets and explore some local hiking spots. Unfortunately, Ivy had to cancel on their first meet up due to her dog, Boss, getting sick. But she made the effort to reconnect once the circumstances were better. This set the tone of effort from the both of us moving forward. Technically our first date consisted of an evening of tacos from the La Morenita truck and Mario Kart. A peck and a hug were shared and the rest is what we've known to this point.
