The ceremony will take place on the beach (no shoes required) The cocktail hour and reception will take place outdoors. Be sure to wear shoes for your own comfort. La ceremonia sera en la playa (no se requiere el uso de zapatos) La hora de cocktail y la recepción será afuera, asegúrense de tener zapatos para su comodidad.

What colors do I have to stay away from? Que colores no usar en su vestuario?

Answer

Ladies, please refrain from wearing Sage, olive, white, or champagne. Guys, wear whatever you want just no jeans. / Mujeres por favor no usar los colores salvia, verde olivo, blanco, or champaña. Hombres vestir como guste, no jeans.

Unfortunately, although we would love to have your little ones at our wedding, we cannot accommodate them all. Unless the invitation was addressed to the entire family. / Desafortunadamente, por mas que queramos a los niños en nuestra boda, no los podemos acomodar a todos. Al menos que la invitación este dirigida a toda la familia.

Again, we cannot accommodate everyone–although we would love to! This wedding is invite-only. / De nuevo no los podemos acomodar a todos por mas que nos encantaría. Recuerden esta boda es solo con invitacion.

Yes!! There will be transportation from the main city of Cartagena to the island Tierra Bomba. It will be a quick 10-15 minute boat ride. / Si! Habrá transporte de lancha desde la ciudad de Cartagena hacia la isla de Tierra Bomba. Será un paseo de 10-15 minutos.

The night of the wedding ? / La noche de la boda ?

Answer

Everyone is to stay overnight on the island. There is no boat rides during the night. Everyone has to check into the hotel upon arrival and give your card information and a room will be given for a set discounted rate. This rate includes lunch the day of the wedding, the room and breakfast the day after the wedding. How exciting!! / Los invitados requieren pasar la noche en la isla. No habra transporte de lancha durante la noche. Los invitados deben parar en recepción para registrarse y dar la información de su tarjeta. Ahí es donde le asignaran una habitacion a un precio con descuento. Este precio incluye almuerzo el día de la boda, la estadia y el desayuno al otro día de la boda.

Yes! Colombia requires a valid passport to travel so be sure to renew those passports ASAP. No travel visas required if traveling from the United States. / Si! Se requiere pasaporte para los que viajan del exterior. No requieren visa para los que viajan de los Estados Unidos.
