Ivy and I met in October of 2018 on a blind date set up by his mother, Nancy. Ivy texted me first but i had to be the one to actually say “so I think your mom wants us to meet should we do that” or something like that 😂(sorry sweetie) I remember not giving this date much thought or even excitement because so many first dates just dont end well haha! However, this was the exact opposite. I was excited to see this tall handsome guy sitting alone thinking “I hope thats him.” We hit it off and we definitely knew we liked each other.. Ivy asked me on our first real dinner date to Muscle & Burger Bar downtown and we have been together ever since.. it wasnt long after (nov. 10 2018) that I said “so if you introduced me to someone would you say this is my girlfriend?” ** Im glad he finds my assertiveness so charming ** and made it “official” as the kids say! haha* i knew pretty quickly that I wanted to marry Ivy and we had something special... and I’m beyond grateful that he felt the same... he proposed on Feb 27th 2020 in Vail, CO overlooking the mountains and it was a picture perfect moment with the man of my dreams, he is my biggest blessing. We are both so excited to become husband and wife and to celebrate with our family and friends on 12/11/21 ❤️
