Maid of Honor
I met Sydney my freshmen year of college and since then life has never been the same. Words cannot express what our friendship means to me. Sydney has pushed me and encouraged me in my relationship with Jesus and loves so so well. We've explored every inch of Raleigh, stayed up talking about nothing and everything, traveled the entire country from east to west, thrown many dance parties, led a bible study and watched the most amazing girls grow in their faith, went beach camping, and we've enjoyed all the little moments that makes life so special. I am forever thankful for the joy this friendship has brought me. I can't imagine marrying my best friend without Sydney Thomas standing beside me as I say "I do." I'm so thankful for the way the Lord works and the people he brings in our lives.

Laura Carpenter strolled into my life a few years ago and life has never been the same since. Sharing life with Laura has been such a blessing. She is hilarious, loyal, and encouraging. She loves others by serving them in the ways that speak to their hearts. Her faithfulness to the Lord is unwavering. She's always down to belt a Taylor Swift or Demi Lovato song in the car and she's always game for a dance party. She is my fellow book worm, and is better at math than anyone I know. A few years ago, I hardly knew this cookie loving, fiery red head, and now I cannot imagine my wedding or my life, without a Laura Carpenter. The best people in life are free.

I met Caroline my freshmen year of college at NC State. We were in the same bible study together, but our friendship really took off our junior year when we spent everyday in class together for elementary education. Caroline is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. She is thoughtful and speaks truth into the lives of those she encounters. Since college, Caroline and I have grown even closer; sharing stories of teaching and walking around Target with coffee in hand, and talking all things home decor to funny facebook videos. Knowing Caroline is a true blessing and I know we will be friends for the years to come.
Bridesmaid
Haydn is Sydney's older sister by about 2 years. I first met Haydn through Sydney my freshmen year of college. We used to escape to Haydn's apartment when we needed to get out of our dorms. As Sydney and I became closer, I also became closer with Haydn as well. Haydn is one of the most talented people I know. She is artistic and creative. She loves others so deeply and would go out of her way for anyone. Haydn is funny and can come up with an amazing itinerary for a trip to Thailand, or a simple Saturday in Raleigh in about 15 minutes. Knowing Haydn is an honor and privilege, and I am thrilled to have her stand by me in October.
Bridesmaid
For the longest time I had always heard, "Madisyn, my younger sister..." from Sydney and yet had never met this Madisyn. Looking back on this, it seems crazy to think there was a time that I didn't know Madisyn. We have now traveled across the country and back in a very small car. We have traveled across the world to Thailand and back, and in between have made some of my favorite memories. Madisyn is graceful, hilarious, creative, and can sleep anywhere at anytime. She loves well and can find the good in anyone. She is patient and can find the light in any situation. Knowing and loving all 3 of the Thomas sisters is an honor, and being able to have all 3 of the stand by me on October 6th, as well as throughout life is truly a blessing.

I cannot even begin to describe the friendship I have with Jessica Williamson and the joy it has brought my life. I met Jess in youth group when I was 15 and honestly the rest really was history. From that point on, we were hooked at the hip all throughout high school. Even as we started transitioning to new things like college, Jess and I stayed close, talking often and seeing each other when possible. Jess loves others deeply, laughs often, and follows Jesus closely. I can confidently say that after 8 years of friendship, near and far, I know Jess will be a lifelong friend of mine. She was there when I first started crushing on David and I am thrilled that she will be there when I say "I do" to him.

Lorianna is David's younger sister. I have known Lorianna since she was about 10 and it has been wonderful to watch our relationship grow into a friendship. Lorianna has a strong head on her shoulders, and holds to her beliefs. She has a great sense of humor and is always down for a cup of good coffee. Lorianna is dedicated to her friends and family and loves them deeply. I have loved getting close to Lorianna and I love knowing that she will be a part of my family.
Best Man
I had the joy of standing beside my brother at his wedding and it is only fitting that he does the same for me. Daniel is a man of integrity, a faithful brother, and is someone I have always looked up to. I know that he will keep me accountable to the commitment I am making to Ivy and he will push us to serve the Lord with our lives.
Groomsman
Matty and I met on one of my first days on campus at Master’s. We were teammates for all 4 years and have way more than 4 years worth of memories from those times. He is a faithful friend and someone I know I can always count on no matter what.
Groomsman
Michael was my first roommate in pro ball. I quickly learned that not only did we share the same faith but several mutual friends from college. We became close that summer and roomed together again during spring training. We have shared adventures together riding around Arizona in his car without AC, to hiking in Sedona and Tonto National Forest. Michael is blast to be around and there is never a dull moment.
Groomsman
Jos and I were roommates for my first 2 years of college. My brother knew him and thought we might get along so he set us up to room together. We quickly became best friends and have tons of great memories. I was the best man in his wedding in 2016 and am stoked to have him come to NC and be in my wedding. Jos is wise beyond his years and has had an incredible impact on my life.
Groomsman
Payden and I became friends back in high school. We were high school teammates, we worked the same summer jobs, and even went on overseas mission trips together. Whenever I make it home we go to breakfast together and pick back up wherever we left off. Payden is a friend for life and I’m excited to have him along side of me for our big day.
Groomsman
Matt and I became friends when I moved to Raleigh this past offseason. Ivy and his wife Caroline are close friends and we quickly became the same. Matt is a man of integrity and goes out of his way for others. He played a huge part in helping set up the proposal and I couldn’t have pulled it off without him.
Groomsman
Chris, Michael, and I all lived together last year in AZ. The three of us quickly became close friends and even though we all live in different states now we stay in touch often. Last summer we took trips in Chris’ grinder car on all of our off days to the Salt River, Tombstone, Watson Lake, and several other places in AZ. I’m pumped for Chris to come to NC for the first time and to be a part of my wedding.
