Once you arrive, the driver will be waiting at the airport exit with your name on a sign. This is super easy to reserve online and a great cost-friendly option if a group of you are landing at the same time and can share a van. Also, if you're traveling solo - while we know the smallest vehicle available is the private van for up to 8 people, it still ends up being the best option price-wise for you, since taxis leaving from the airport tend to over-charge (upwards of $100 one-way). And sure, you might have an empty van all to yourself, but better than trying to figure out a different shuttle, sharing with strangers and making multiple stops along the way 😄 Another option is reaching out directly to the Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen - they have a fleet of Mercedes and roundtrip is approximately $255

To ensure the health & safety of all our guests, we are asking everyone to provide proof of vaccination, or proof of a negative PCR test taken less than 72 hours before their flight. As an FYI, all of our wedding festivities (welcome party, ceremony and reception) will be outdoors. *NOTE* In order to get back into the U.S., you must show proof of a negative PCR test. Our hotel provides complimentary on-site testing for all guests staying 3 nights or more, so please make sure to schedule your appointment at the front desk when you arrive! If you are staying less than 3 nights, please let us know and we'll figure something out with the hotel.
