What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is formal, so please dress to impress! We would love to see the ladies in floor length dresses and the gentlemen in a suit or tuxedo. Kindly no white - we are reserving that for the bride!

While we love your children, this is an adults-only celebration.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate the guests that are formally invited on your invitation. If your guest is invited, their name will be listed. Thank you for understanding.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put away your phones and cameras during our ceremony - leave it to the professionals!

Where is the wedding venue located?

Answer

The entire event will be held at the Merrimon-Wynne House in Downtown Raleigh. It is located at 500 N Blount Street, Raleigh, NC 27604.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to ensure everyone is seated and we can begin on time.

Will parking be available at the venue?

Answer

Yes - there is a public lot across the street from the venue that will be available.
