questions

Question

What are the addresses to the venues?

Answer

Harry P. Leu: 1920 N Forest Ave Orlando, FL 32803 The Wellborn: 211 N Lucerne Cir E Orlando, FL 32801

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 10:00 am; therefore, please arrive 15-30 minutes prior. Late arrivals will not be seated to avoid any interruptions.

Question

What time is the reception?

Answer

The reception will begin at 7pm sharp at The Wellborn. Guests have almost a 6 hour break between the ceremony and reception to decompress, eat lunch at nearby spots, nap, or explore downtown in the meantime.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited seating, we can only accommodate for guests who were formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one they will be specifically addressed in your rsvp selection.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

Your presence will be missed! If you are unable to attend please notify either of us at your earliest convenience so that we can make necessary arrangements.

Question

Will this event be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception celebration will be held outdoors. We strongly encourage you to bring your own personal portable mini fan to stay cool and comfortable and ladies bring comfy shoes/heels as there is a little walk to the ceremony site!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Semi-formal or “garden party chic”. Please remember both sites will be held outdoors so dress for the weather & comfort! Please no jeans.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Harry Leu: There will be a sign indicating wedding parking to the LEFT of the main entrance. If not located you can park your vehicle at the main parking area. The Wellborn: There is a free parking garage located on Delaney Ave. or on the side of the road that is directly in front of the venue.

Question

Are there any mobility accommodations?

Answer

Leu Gardens: There is a little walk and a very few up-steps from the parking space to the ceremony site. Unfortunately there is no ramp to get to the seating area, but it is encouraged if a person needs assistance to bring any scooters or wheelchairs with you (or a wheelchair can be borrowed from the site at the main entrance). The Wellborn: The walkway and reserved area is pavered, assistance will only be needed if a person needs to enter the house (to use restrooms or to simply explore).

Question

Is there going to be cocktails at the reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be beer, wine, and spirits with an "open bar" style. The drinks will be served on a first-come, first-served basis until our maximum budget with the venue is met. If and when that budget is met, you are all encouraged to continue purchasing your alcohol separately.
