Why did we chose Key West as our wedding destination?

Answer

We’ve always talked about our wedding being in a tropical location. After weeks of searching various venues and locations, we decided on sunny Key West. We hope you love it just as much as we do!

Can I stay somewhere other than Southernmost Beach Resort?

Answer

Absolutely! We have provided a few alternative options under our ‘Travel’ tab on this website. Check it out!

When should I book my flight and reserve my room at Southernmost Beach Resort?

Answer

We advise booking flights in June or July for the best rates. Reservations at Southernmost Beach Resort should be made no later than August 1st, 2020.

Should I purchase travel insurance?

We highly advise it!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the guests addressed on the formal invitation attend our wedding.

When will the bride and groom be traveling down to Key West?

Answer

We will be arriving Wednesday, September 23rd and staying through Tuesday, September 29th. (Don’t worry about imposing on our honeymoon! Our honeymoon will take place a few months after our wedding, so feel free to stay as long as you’d like!)

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal beach wedding attire. Be sure to dress light and breezy since the air will be warm and humid. For the ladies, nice sundresses are ideal. For the men, khaki slacks with a linen or cotton button-up shirt (feel free to leave the tie at home!)

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, so we would advise arriving to South Beach no later than 5:15 PM.

What are the plans leading up to the wedding day?

How far is the airport from Southernmost Beach Resort?

Answer

The resort is approximately 3.2 miles (or a 10 minute car ride) from the airport.
