Where should I park?

RECEPTION: Parking is available on both sides of River Road. The 3-hour parking signs do not apply during our event. Please do not park in the adjacent business parking lots and on the dike path in front of the UBC Boathouse at any time.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! In order to be best prepared, it is always helpful to let us know in advance if access for individuals utilizing mobility aids will be needed for our event.

What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to wear formal attire to our wedding. As the ceremony will take place inside the chapel, we request avoiding outfits with plunging necklines, high slits, or backless designs for the duration of the ceremony. If this isn’t possible, a shawl can be provided—just let us or our wedding coordinator know in advance. If helpful, you can refer to the color palette above as a guide for your attire.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding ceremony and reception are indoors :)

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes and no. We’ll be having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that no phones be used, so everyone can be fully present in the moment. After the ceremony, please feel free to take photos and share them on the Google Drive—we’d love to see them!
