FAQs

Question

What if I can't make it to the wedding in Mexico?

Answer

We understand that not everyone will be able to join us at our destination. To make sure we can still celebrate with our loved ones, we’re planning two additional parties for friends and family to gather and toast to our marriage. We'd love to see you there!

Question

What if I want to give you a wedding gift?

Answer

Your journey to celebrate with us is the greatest gift we could ask for! For our loved ones who are unable to attend or those who have asked about a registry, we have included some items and a newlywed fund below if you wish to bless us with a gift! We appreciate your love and support! Registry: https://www.zola.com/registry/ivanneandcharles Cashapp: ChivyFund

Question

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

Upon arriving you can let the resort know and they will give you an allergy card to show at the restaurants. Please reach out to the bride for any dietary restrictions ASAP.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:30 pm!

Question

Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors. Let's pray and cross our fingers for some perfect clear skies!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve hired an amazing photographer to capture our ceremony so that you can be fully present with us! We want to see your faces, not your devices. We kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras tucked away until the end of the ceremony. After that, take as many photos as you like!
