When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly note that in order to ensure proper planning and accommodation for our special day, we respectfully request that all RSVP responses be submitted by January 1st, 2026. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will not be able to include you in our wedding celebration. We truly hope you can join us and look forward to hearing from you.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

While weather can be unpredictable, late February typically brings cool temperatures, with average highs in the mid-50s°F (around 13°C) and lows in the 30s°F (around 1°C). We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a coat, especially if you plan to enjoy the outdoor balcony or smoking area during the reception. The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors, so you'll stay comfortable regardless of the weather!

Is there a dress code?

Yes! As long as they have been included in the invitation, we would love your little ones to celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

In order to ensure a smooth and intimate celebration, we respectfully request that only those individuals explicitly named on the invitation be in attendance. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and adherence to this request as we work to create a memorable event for all our honored guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We will be serving a buffet with options we feel will cater to most tastes and specifications, if you feel your case might be an exception, please email us at inp.doyle@gmail.com

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 PM. We kindly ask that you plan to arrive by 12:30 PM to allow time for parking and to be seated comfortably before the service begins.

Is there parking available at both venues?

Answer

Yes, parking at St. John will be available near the church; however, spaces are limited, so we kindly encourage carpooling when possible. At RCC, parking is divided between two separate lots. If you park in the lower lot, we recommend dropping off passengers at the main entrance. A golf cart shuttle will be available to assist drivers from the lower lot to the entrance.
