Absolutely! The Generations Riviera Maya side is a family-friendly, all-ages resort that’s perfect for guests traveling with kids. The resort offers plenty of amenities and activities for children of all ages! However, please do note that the El Dorado Royale side is for adults only, 18+.

Do I need to book a hotel room by a certain time?

Yes! We recommend booking as soon as possible. After June 1st, we can't guarantee room availability or special rate for our guests.

Is there a minimum night stay requirement for the room block?
Answer
Yes, the hotel requires a minimum stay of 3 nights.

What is the payment/cancellation policy for the hotel rooms?
Answer
Payment schedule: Full payment for your reservation is due no later than July 1st. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made are non-refundable unless you purchase the insurance.

Will there be transporation provided to and from the hotel?

Yes, transportation will be provided. As soon as you book your flight, please email Raman and he will make the arrangements for transportation.
