Yes, your stay at Hotel Xcaret México includes private shuttle from the Cancún Intl. Airport to the Hotel every hour from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Shuttle from the Hotel to the airport is also included at checkout.
Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am. We do recommend landing as early as possible at Cancún Intl. Airport since Hotel Xcaret México allows a pre-check in where drop your bags in a safe area and start enjoying everything the Hotel has to offer, such as restaurants, pools and bars before receiving the keys to your room. Same applies for check out, you exit your room at 11:00 am but have the option to keep enjoying the Hotel until it's time to take the shuttle back to Cancún Intl. Airport.
Yes, guests are allowed to check in three days prior to Friday May 24th, and check out three days after Monday May 27th with the same special wedding rate.
