The Ceremony is at 4pm. Do I have to be there at 4pm or be ready and seated by 4?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please arrive 10-15mins earlier so you can be seated and ready for the ritual.

Is the ceremony outside? What the weather will be looking like?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony is scheduled to be outside. However if the weather is not permitting it we will be gathering in the Rough Riders Hotel for an inside ceremony.

Is the reception outside? What about weather changes?

Answer

Yes, the reception is scheduled to be outside. September is a tricky month, so we suggest you have an extra layer, also there will be heaters provided. However if the weather doesn’t permit it we will be having the reception at the Rough Riders Hotel ball room.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, no transportation provided. Medora is a very small town. The furthest hotel from the wedding is 6 mins away walking.

Yes, kids are welcome! Please, let us know if your kiddo’s will be attending.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking on the street. However we suggest walking through our beautiful town :)
