(español abajo) November 24, 2019 FRIENDSGIVING Ivan and Linda met for the first time at a Friendsgiving hosted by their mutual friends, Joel & Mayra. December 10, 2019 SANCTUARY SERIES WORKSHOP Linda asked Ivan to present at a CTU Latinx Caucus workshop about culturally relevant curriculum. Ivan asked Linda if she needed help with her books. She said no. JANUARY 3, 2020 GAME NIGHT Mayra and Joel hosted a game night so Ivan and Linda could get to know each other. They didn't talk much throughout the night, but Linda offered Ivan a ride home (they lived two blocks from each other!) Ivan asked Linda out to dinner. JANUARY 10, 2020 FIRST DATE Linda and Ivan went out to dinner at Señoritas. Then they went to Harbee's for drinks and spent 4 hours talking. Ivan walked Linda home. FEBUARY 14, 2020 VALENTINE'S DAY Ivan and Linda went to the Chicago Botanic Garden. They went back to Ivan's place to watch a movie and finally kissed after one month of dating and cooking for each other. (ONE WHOLE MONTH LATER!) MARCH 7, 2020 DOUBLE DATE Ivan and Linda went on a double date with Joel and Mayra. And after a fun night of karaoke at Camino's Ivan asked Linda to be his partner. JULY 25, 2020 MOVING IN Linda and Ivan moved in together with their pets Fox and Chokis. They did not get along (the pets). NOVEMBER 7, 2021 THE PROPOSAL Ivan proposed to Linda in their home with Fox and Chokis present and assisting (kind of). She said yes! MARCH 16, 2022 BUYING FIRST HOUSE After a long and stressful search process, Ivan and Linda found their first home in Gage Park where Linda grew up, with a side lot for Fox and plenty of indoor space for Chokis! July 29, 2023 THE WEDDING Linda and Ivan are getting married in their backyard!

24 de noviembre del 2109 CENA DE ACCION DE GRACIAS CON AMIGOS Ivan y Linda se conocen por primera vez en una cena organizada por sus amigos mutuos, Joel y Mayra. 10 de Diciembre del 2019 TALLER DE SERIE SANCTUARIO Linda le pidió a Ivan que hiciera una presentación en un taller para el Latinx Caucus del sindicato de maestros, sobre un plan de estudios con conexiones culturales. Ivan le preguntó a Linda si necesitaba ayuda con sus libros. Ella le dijo que no. 3 de enero del 2020 NOCHE DE JUEGOS DE MESA Mayra y Joel organizaron una noche de juegos para que Iván y Linda pudieran conocerse. No hablaron mucho durante la noche, pero Linda ofreció llevar a Iván a su casa (¡vivían a dos cuadras!). Iván invitó a Linda a cenar otra noche. 10 de enero del 2020 PRIMER CITA Linda y Iván salieron a cenar a Señoritas. Luego fueron a Harbee's por un trago y pasaron 4 horas hablando. Ivan encamino a Linda a su casa. 14 de febrero del 2020 DIA DE SAN VALENTIN Ivan y Linda visitaron el Jardín Botánico de Chicago. Regresaron a la casa de Ivan para ver una película y finalmente se besaron después de un mes de salir y cocinar el uno para el otro. (¡UN MES ENTERO DESPUÉS!) 7 de marzo del 2020 CITA DOBLE Ivan y Linda tuvieron una cita doble con Joel y Mayra. Después de una noche divertida de karaoke en Camino's, Ivan le pidió a Linda que fuera su pareja. 25 de julio del 2021 MUDANDOSE Linda y Ivan se mudaron juntos con sus mascotas Fox y Chokis. No se llevaban bien (las mascotas). 7 de Noviembre del 2021 LA PROPUESTA Ivan le propuso matrimonio a Linda en su casa con Fox y Chokis presentes y ayudando (más o menos). ¡Ella le dijo que sí! 16 DE MARZO DE 2022 COMPRANDO PRIMERA CASA Después de un largo y estresante proceso de búsqueda, Ivan y Linda encontraron su primer casa en Gage Park, donde Linda creció, ¡con un yarda espaciosa para Fox y mucho espacio interior para Chokis! 29 de julio del 2023 LA BODA ¡Linda y Ivan se van a casar!
