What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive at 5 pm. Guest will be allowed in the ceremony area at 5:15 pm. There will be non-alcoholic beverages available for guests until the ceremony area is opened at 5:30pm.

What time will the wedding end?

Answer

The wedding will conclude at 9:45 pm. All guests will be on shuttle for departure at 10:00 pm.

For guests flying in, what airport should we use?

Answer

For anyone coming from out of state, we would recommend either the San Jose airport or the San Francisco airport. San Francisco will probably have cheaper flights but will require about an hour drive from the airport to the location of the wedding.

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

There isn't any parking at the venue. However, there will be a shuttle that goes from the nearby The Toll House Hotel (140 S Santa Cruz Ave, Los Gatos, CA 95030) to the venue that all guests can take. Park in the parking lot of the hotel and a shuttle will come to the entrance of the hotel at 4:45 pm to take you to the venue.

Is there parking for the tea ceremony?

Answer

There will be enough parking spaces at the venue for the tea ceremony.

What should guests wear?

Answer

Formal attire such as suits and floor length gowns. Lighter colors, pastels, and/or florals are ideal. Colors for the wedding are blush pink, sage green, lilac purple, buttermilk yellow, and light baby blue. Avoid wearing white dresses to the ceremony and red traditional dresses at the tea ceremony. Also avoid wearing white or traditional clothing in black as well. Informal clothing such as tennis shoes or sandals are also discouraged.
