Question

How is COVID-19 affecting your wedding?

Answer

So far, it's not affecting it too much. As of right now, we just have to limit the number of people in the venue (which doesn't seem to be that much of a problem with the number of people we are expecting). And if the mask mandate for the state is still going on, we (and our guests) will need to be wearing masks.

Question

I'm worried about traveling or being at a social setting during COVID-19. Will you be upset if I decide not to come?

Answer

Of course not! We absolutely understand with everything going on in the world right now, and if you are AT ALL uncomfortable and/or worried about your health, please don't be worried that we will be upset. Besides, we plan to have a live feed of our ceremony for those who would rather stay at home. We will have the link to it here on our website!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are asking guests to come in formal wear, however, this is a masquerade wedding so creativity is encouraged!! Costumes are also welcome, as long as they coincide with the theme. Please no superhero or inflatable t-rex type costumes. This is mostly for picture purposes. If you have any specific questions about this--like whether or not you think your outfit is appropriate--feel free to text the bride or groom!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes and no. We are allowing mostly kids from our family, but unless otherwise told, we are discouraging children. This is mostly due to limited space--with COVID going on, we can't allow as many people in the venue. Also, there will be alcohol at the wedding so it might not be the appropriate setting for children. Besides, it's on Halloween, I'm sure most kids (especially those who don't really know the bride or groom) would rather be out trick-or-treating, don't you?

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a registry here, on Zola for our Disney honeymoon! This is the one we'd prefered our guests give to, however, if you REALLY want to give us a physical gift, we are also registered at Target and we will always accept gift cards--especially Disney ones!
