When should I RSVP by?

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date requested (June 30), it will be automatically marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3:30-3:45pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the venue with an attendant on site. Golf cart service is available for guests that need assistance to and from ceremony area.

Are there Ubers/Lyfts available in this area? Can we leave our car?

Answer

Yes, there are cabs/Ubers/Lyfts that come to this area. You are welcome to leave their vehicle overnight, but will need to pick up your car by 11am the next morning. Please note that the gates will be closed and locked but there will not be security on property overnight.

Is there a dress code?

The Vibes: Semi-Formal, Elevated Garden Party Linen suits (it will be a hot day), but all suits or tuxes are welcome. Gowns and cocktail dresses, bright colors and florals encouraged!

The average daily high temperature in August in Oak Glen is 82°F, and it will get cooler in the evening.

I have a food allergy/do not eat meat, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please inform us if you have any food allergies and we will work with the catering team to make accommodations. There is a vegetarian meal option but this needs to be requested in advance!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be a kids free event. We are happy to assist with finding babysitters so you can join us on our day!
