Question
Can I bring my children?
Answer
Unfortunately, no. We want everyone to have as much fun as possible, and not have to worry about their little ones for the day.

What should I wear?
Answer
While it is a wedding, it takes place on a nature reserve. So anything you could wear to a really nice Church on Sunday would be perfect.
Question
Wait, it’s BYOB?
Answer
Yes. Our venue allows guests to BYOB. So please, if you have something particular you like or would like to drink that day, please bring that. Otherwise, we will provide some basic bar drinks as well.

Is this an indoor or outdoor wedding?
Answer
I know, October can be a little chilly. The ceremony will take place in a small barn on site, and may be a little chilly depending on the day. The reception will be indoors, in a heated building.

Do you have a room block?
Answer
We sure do! Our room block is at the Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Waterbury. Just mention the Quintin/Winters wedding when you book. There will be a shuttle leaving at 2PM for Wedding Party and immediate family taking photos. We will have a shuttle leaving the hotel at 330PM to drop guests off at the venue. There will be two shuttles from the venue back to the hotel. One at 945PM and one at 1145PM. Reach out to us for any concerns!

Can I bring someone?
Answer
If you have a plus one, it will be listed beside your name when you go to RSVP. Unfortunately it is a very size limited venue, and while we would love for everyone to bring a guest, we just can not accommodate everyone.

What’s the food situation?
Answer
Obviously food will be provided. Please specify if you have any allergies so we can adjust. It’s going to be Bear’s BBQ, buffet style.

What’s happening for transportation to and from venue?
