Flight
The easiest major airports to fly into are San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and Oakland International Airport (OAK). They're both about an hour and a half from our house. Keep in mind that if you're leaving during morning or evening rush hour, the trip will take longer. There’s a smaller airport in Santa Rosa - Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS) - that’s 30 minutes from our house, but will likely be more expensive. Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, and Southwest Airlines all fly into Santa Rosa. *We recommend renting a car as our property is fairly remote and Uber/Lyft are rare to nonexistent.*

Our exact address is: 220 Valley Ford Freestone Road. Anyone and everyone is welcome to camp out on our property for the weekend starting on Friday. We’ll have rented bathroom trailers and showers on the property. By taking this option we’ll all spend the most time together (and it will also be the cheapest for you). For more information about the property visit our FAQ page. Other Lodging Options: There are many options for AirBnBs and hotels in the surrounding areas. We are surrounded by lots of cute small towns : Valley Ford, Freestone, Bodega, Bodega Bay (5-10 min drive); Sebastopol is a larger town (15 min drive), and Santa Rosa is a small city (30 min drive). Here's more info about the neighboring towns :
Travel Note
Nestled along the iconic CA Route 1, Bodega Bay is picturesque with sweeping ocean views and dramatic cliff-lined beaches. There are lots of airbnbs and hotels along the coast. This will likely be one of the more expensive places to stay, but you’ll be very close to the beach and bay and about a 12-minute drive from our home. We recommend taking a drive to see the coast even if you don't plan on staying in this area!
Travel Note
A tiny village surrounded by redwoods, with historic charm and a cozy, tucked-away feel. It’s peaceful, romantic, and known for its old-school bohemian roots. It's about 10 minutes from our home.
Travel Note
An artsy town surrounded by apple orchards and vineyards. It has great coffee, farmers markets, and a relaxed, creative vibe. There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, bars, shops.. plenty of things to do and its a 15 minute drive from our house. Hannah highly recommends walking down Florence Ave to check out Patrick Amiot's Junk Art which is displayed in the front yard of each house on that block!!

The largest nearby city, offering the most hotel options and conveniences. It will likely be the cheapest option (other than camping out on our property). Santa Rosa is 25-30 minutes from our house.
