Anytime! The bride and groom will be there the night before to ensure everything is prepared and ready for your arrival.
With the Villa being in close proximity to the Florence airport (1 hour drive, 1.5 hour public transportation), renting a car or taking local transportation is a good potential option for those flying in.
Friday | Welcome dinner and drinks provided. Saturday (Ceremony Day) | Dinner and drinks provided. Sunday | We will be organizing a pot luck, where everyone will prep a dish of their choosing, so we can snack throughout the day! Keep a look out for communication on this. Other Meals | All other times, meals will be on your own. We encourage you to utilize the local grocery stores for preferred provisions. You may also make the 10 minute walk to the local town of Bucine to explore the nearby restaurants and eateries. Please check out the "Things To Do" tab for our recommendations!
Luckily, ETIAS will not start operations until the last quarter of 2026 which means for us there will be no extra requirements for our travel. However - make sure your passport's expiration date extends at least six months beyond the date of reentry into the US.
We love your children, and plan to celebrate with them all at a later date, however we wanted to note that we’ve chosen this location to focus on quality time with all our adult loved ones, and unfortunately, the villa is not child friendly. For this reason, we’ve made the decision to keep the celebration an adult-only event. We are deeply grateful for your understanding and support.
