Please mail back the RSVP card (return postage included) you received as part of the invitation suite by May 1, 2026.
The RSVP card mailed will include a meal selection. The meal options are as follows: Braised Beef Short Rib (GF), Pan Seared Salmon (GF), or Mushroom Wellington (VG, GF). Please also note any dietary restrictions on the back of the card. For RSVP cards with multiple guests, please provide corresponding initials for meal selection.
Transportation to/from the welcome party at the University of Virginia's Colonnade Club will not be provided. For those staying close to UVA, we recommend walking to the party (weather permitting). For those staying a bit further from the university, parking is available at the UVA Bookstore (400 Emmet St. South). Ubers/Lyfts are also widely available in Charlottesville.
Transportation will be available to/from Farmington Country Club, with pick-up at the hotel blocks. If you are not staying in one of the hotel blocks, you may still take the bus from these pick-up points. You may also take an Uber/Lyft to Farmington directly. We discourage driving to the venue with your own car so we can ensure everyone has a safe ride home! The event runs from 12:30-2:30PM, but you are welcome to drop in and out as your schedule permits. Please meet in the driving range parking lot, there will be golf carts available to shuttle guests to and from the Performance Center (where the event is taking place).
Welcome Party at the Colonnade Club: Cocktail Attire Short dresses and sports jackets/suits (no tie required) Ceremony and Reception at Farmington Country Club: Black Tie Weather permitting, both events will take place outdoors and on grass. We recommend wearing block heels.
We would love to include everyone, but due to venue capacity/space restrictions, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on your invitation. Thank you so much for your understanding and we can't wait to see you there!
