Meghan was in her 4th year at The Ohio State University and Taylor was beginning his military career as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Air Force. Taylor graduated from the University of Florida in May 2017 and was stationed in Warner Robins, Georgia. Taylor traveled to Dayton, Ohio for a month to do a class for his job. He was unsure on what to do in Ohio on weekends, but saw that Ohio State was playing Michigan State just 45 minutes away from where he was. So Taylor drove over to Columbus and met up with classmates. Meghan was at her favorite bar on campus (Chumley's) cheering on Notre Dame with her roommate. Taylor just happened to be at the same bar and made the first move. Backtrack 2 weeks later, Taylor and Meghan matched on Bumble and had a conversation, but they did not know about this match when they met in person. Meghan realized this a day after they met and it quickly was realized that fate had brought them together. And the rest is history.
