Please use the “view” link below to reserve your room online with the Madsen/Haapanen wedding rate. 

To book over the phone call (952) 893-9500 ext. 0 and ask for group code MHWED. When calling, please confirm stay is within the group dates and hotel address is 3900 American Boulevard West, Bloomington MN 55437 (off of 494 and France Avenue) as there are two Hilton’s on American Boulevard in Bloomington.

Be sure to book your room by March 28th in order to receive the wedding rate.

Check in is at 3pm.  Early check in is based on hotel availability and can be requested with the front desk, 952-893-9500.
