When should I rsvp by?

Answer

You should RSVP by July 15th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You may arrive between 3:45 pm and 4:30 pm. The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm. Note there could be a short walk between the parking area and the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Fall Colored Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue, but expect to walk a short distance. If you require special parking accommodations please let Samantha and Dakota know.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not providing any transportation to or from the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome! If your kiddos are not on the rsvp, please let us know if they are coming so we can update our headcount.

Will there be adult beverages?

Answer

There will be a cash bar available. Please do not bring your own alcoholic beverages. Our venue has worked hard to make our day amazing and bringing your own alcohol could result in fines for us and the venue.

Carnival instead of dance? Say what?

Instead of a dance we would like to spend the night playing games with all of you! Games will be available for all ages, so get ready to have some fun!
