What COVID-19 precautions are you taking?

Answer

While our venue is large enough to accommodate 300 people, we anticipate only 70-80 people in attendance. This means that there will be ample space to social distance. We will also do our best to spread individuals out at tables. Our ceremony will take place outdoors, so guests can feel free to distance themselves. Masks will be available for use but are not required. The cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors, giving more room to spread out. Dinner will be buffet style and will be served by the caterer rather than self-served. There are several hand sanitizer stations around the venue, and bathrooms will be cleaned and checked around the clock. All high touch areas will be sanitized hourly, as well.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We ask that you arrive by 4:20pm, so we are able to start at 4:30pm. We are so excited to get married, we don't want to wait!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We ask that you please wear cocktail attire. We'd love if you stayed away from jeans, tennis shoes, and flip flops.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking on site at our venue, Ashton Hill Farm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation, we have chosen to make our special day adults only.

Do I need to bring my ID?

Answer

Yes! If you'd like to drink alcohol, please bring your ID. You will get a hand stamp after your ID is checked.

Can I bring outside alcohol?

Answer

NO. Please do not bring any alcohol, as it is a liability to the venue. We will have a bar service at the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be having buffet style dinner, including pasta options and salmon with grilled vegetables. If you have specific allergies, please let us know, so we can make sure there are options for you!
