Maid of Honor
Believe it or not, Alyssa and Lydia met in a bible study that Alyssa helped co-lead! So Lydia’s fav thing to say is "Yo! This girl was my freshmen bible study leader!". Ever since, we've become sweet friends, especially in the past year! Both of us have a love for ministry, leading studies, and taking big steps in faith! It's been great to lead alongside each other in the Navigators. On top of that, some things we love are thrifting, matcha, gettin gains, dancing, and traveling! So much we even went to Costa Rica together! Crazy wild trip! Now, she's graduated with me (smart cookie!) and will be taking a gap year to do missionary work in Japan and CNA work!

Eli is a life-long, intentional friend. Growing up in the same homeschool circles, Caleb and Eli knew each other from a very young age. They hungout at speech and debate tournaments, played football at co-op, and had super fun sleepovers. Wii was a must. However, their friendship took on new meaning and depth when they went to UW-Madison (Caleb one year after) and grew deeper in their faith as well through shared community in the Navigators ministry. Through these years, they began to have deep conversations together, share their faith together with new friends, and still make a ton of time to goof around and have fun with other friends. Playing dice throne, board games, going on Weekender trips, you name it they did it! Eli now works in Minneapolis in Finance and Caleb misses him being closer to

Alyssa and Ali had met her freshman year! From the start, Ali has been a faithful friend and mentor for Alyssa, where they really shared their lives with one another. From Ali telling Alyssa about the Gospel for the first time, to Ali baptizing Alyssa, and all the sweet meetings and trips in between, she has become such an influential person in Alyssa’s life. Currently, Ali is Zachary's lovely wife and now mom to 1-year-old Gracie, where they are Navigator campus directors at the University of Minnesota-Duluth! We do our best to stay connected so far away and love to update on how God's been making moves in our lives!

Zachary is a faithful father and husband. He and Caleb spent 3 years together at UW-Madison, as he served on staff with the Navigators while Caleb was in college. Through those years, Caleb learned many helpful lessons and also saw what it looked like to be an intentional and caring friend through Zachary’s example. Zachary loves playing board games, and disc golfing with Caleb, and he even taught Caleb how to play the cajon! So fun! Now Zachary and his wife Ali work in Duluth, MN as campus directors for the Navigators ministry at the University there, making an impact in the lives of students!!

Having met just this year, Zoie and Alyssa have had such a sweet friendship with the foundation of a kindred heart in Christ. Through a Bible study that Alyssa was leading, Alyssa noticed how passionate and curious she was about her faith, and she completely leaned into it! Sundays became even sweeter getting to meet with her each morning for chai and talking about all the great opportunities that God has been planning for us! Among the many dinners we've had, trips we've taken, and sweet church services we've been to (even her baptism, woohoo!), we've really gotten to spur each other on!

Joseph is a passionate and loving friend. As a freshman in college, he came to Madison not walking with the Lord and found the Navigators quickly. Right away, he saw a relationship with God as something he needed in his life and also bonded quickly with lots of older college friends including Caleb! The next summer, they got to spend the whole break together at Eagle Lake Camps where Caleb discipled Joseph and saw him grow in passion for evangelism and serving! It was also SO much fun! They also continued this relationship into the next year of college through being roommates and going to the gym often. Late night talks and prayer in addition to lots of board games and chess provided fun ways to connect through college until Caleb’s graduation!

Ashley and Alyssa have known each other since Alyssa’s freshmen year, and Ashley’s super senior year of college! Ashley then graduated and spent 2 years in South Dakota doing an internship through our Navigators program. In 2024, both of them even got to work alongside each other in Colorado for the Navs Summer Training Program. She then moved back to Madison, where Alyssa asked her to disciple her! From there, they together got to lead a wonderful and sweet study of girls (including Zoie). Both having a heart and passion for ministry, they found themselves connecting on so many sweet things!

Cole is a calm and compassionate friend. He brings a sense of deep respect with him and a sober-minded godliness to everything he pursues. Through playing lots of basketball, investing in evangelism, and playing tennis, he and Caleb bonded so much in college. Most if all, Cole met up with Caleb for two and a half years and was a big encouragement to Caleb through the ups and downs of those years! Some of the best memories included meeting friends at the courts and getting to know them better, exploring and walking around campus, going through most of the gospel of Matthew together, and sharing fun songs and sermons. Now as Cole serves in Atlanta, they stay in touch and continue to share sweet happenings and tidbits.

Grace and Alyssa had met in 2023 at their first summer of Eagle Lake Camp Navs Summer Training Program, where they were even roommates during it! It was so sweet to share so many memories together in such a beautiful place and learn about God and the heart of kids ministry together. Not only that, but we did it again the next year, but as program coaches step up from counselors. It was exciting to lead alongside her and her now husband (Jadin). We're not done yet! We got to spend a 3rd summer together in CO when Alyssa went back as a Program coach the 2nd time around, and she had recently moved there with Jadin after getting married! It's been so sweet to have her as such a close friend there who loved the Lord with all her heart! Even now, we do our best to stay connected and catch up!

Jadin is an enthusiastic and funny friend. Throughout college, Caleb and Jadin found that they were very similar. With their goofy senses of humor, passions for ministry, and nearly constant desires to spend time together doing fun things, they grew close very fast. The first time getting to know each other they were in a hammock together at Devil’s Lake, bingchilling. After that it was years of going to the gym together early, getting into Dice Throne, playing Across the Obelisk, talking about relationships and life, blasting banger music, talking through hard things, and enjoying game nights and shows. A year of camp together and another summer of spending time together led to sweet Colorado memories too!

It has been such a blessing to get to know Claire over the past year! The most passionate, sweet, driven, talented, and intentional girl you'll ever meet! She's been a really sweet friend and a great person to laugh with; she's really made Alyssa feel like family. As Caleb's closest younger sister, they've really been two peas in a pod, and it's been really sweet to witness and be a part of that! We've already got a lot of sweet things in common: love for the Lord, the Gray Havens, ping pong, and much more! Alyssa can't wait to officially become her sister (in-law)!

David is a fun and faithful friend. Growing up, Caleb and David knew each other but were young and impulsive chillins who had to face their own periods of growth and maturity. However, after partnering up for debate a few years in high school and seeing the Lord change their lives individually, their friendship grew together and they became closer friends. Writing debate cases, facing intimidating teams and holding their own, mutually growing each other, high school was a sweet time. Looking back, lots of speech and debate tournaments, game nights, candy making, HuHot meals, and more make up some of their favorite times together and they look forward to more! Into college, they made an effort to keep in touch during breaks and continue to be close friends!
