The Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Eastern Shore is known to have high traffic on the weekends in the summer and holidays. You will want to factor that into your travel time when driving in or coming from the airport.
There is a toll at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge leading into the Eastern Shore.
