And so it begins!

Nathalie and Shawn met in quite a peculiar way. She was right on the brink of turning 16, and as we know 16 is a tricky age. Some were getting their license, others getting jobs. Nathalie was the oddball who downloaded a dating app that she was still too young for, but as most 16 year olds do, she lied about her age. What she thought would be only mindless chatting with new people, turned into something special. Shawn was just shy of 19 when he too downloaded this dating app. He happened to swipe right on Nathalie’s profile and the rest is history. From there, they spent many hours texting, talking on the phone, and video chatting until finally, she invited him to meet face-to-face at her church. He of course jumped at this offer. Soon after meeting, they began an official relationship, and it has blossomed from making brownie cookies in her parents kitchen to moving into their very first home. It has not been an easy 4 years, but they know the best is yet to come. And they cannot wait to see how much they’re love can grow.
