Airbnb

We recommend guests book an Airbnb as they are cheaper and much roomier than hotel rooms. We believe this is the best option for our guests. We suggest booking in Mesa or Gold Canyon. Scottsdale is also an option, but it will be about a 30-minute drive to the Venue.

VRBO

VRBO is just like Airbnb. They do list some of the same houses on both apps but there are some on VRBO that aren't listed on Airbnb. We recommend Mesa, Gold Canyon, Apache Junction and no further the Scottsdale or the drives will be much longer.

Gold Canyon Golf Resort & Spa

This resort is 15 minutes away from the venue and offers a shuttle to and from the venue upon request with an additional charge. This resort we think is the best option for hotels as it has a safe ride to and from the venue especially after a night of celebrating.

Best Western Gold Canyon Inn & Suites

This is the closest hotel to the venue, being 17 minutes away. This hotel is offering our guest the Best Western Rewards Rate when booking. When you call to book make sure to get that discount added to your room! Per The Event Coordinator at this location the prices are as follows: Oct 19th Saturday will be $163. Oct 20th Sunday is $133 for the night and for Monday the 21st its $144 a night.
