Finally making it official

It started with a boy messaging a girl on a dating site. A lot of emails which led into texts and eventually the first phone call from a friend's wedding. Their first meeting was on Heather's terms with her kickball clan. They met at the Circle K on 56th and Fowler. From there Jeff followed Heather to the Kickball fields where her friends welcomed him with open arms. Upon the conclusion of the kickball game, they moved on to Gaspars Bar and Grill where the shenanigans of the kickballers began. A few drinking games later and Heather dropped her guard enough for them to share their first kiss. BAMN she was hooked. Since then, every day has been a blessing and every kiss amazing!

The Christmas of 2012 was very special. It began with the usual celebration of opening gifts, smiling faces and cheerful moments with the kids. Finally, it was time to empty the stockings where Santa left a special gift for Heather. As she opened up the gift, the kids got ready with their cameras. They knew and were in on the special surprise. They were very excited as Jeff got down on one knee and said a short speech expressing how Heather completes him. He asked her to marry him... Heather said of course I will and said "YES"!
