Where is the wedding ceremony taking place?

The Detroit Opera House's Sky Deck (Rooftop). If there's rain, the wedding ceremony will be moved indoors.

The wedding ceremony is set to begin at 5:30pm Eastern.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive 15 minutes early and be seated by 5:25pm Eastern. The doors open for guests at 5:15pm Eastern.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held on the Detroit Opera House's Sky Deck (rooftop) outdoors. There will also be a cocktail hour immediately to follow on the sky deck. If there's rain, the wedding ceremony will be moved indoors.

Please RSVP on the wedding website or by mail (with RSVP card).

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by March 31st, 2023. No RSVPs will be accepted after this date as we are on a timeline. The RSVP section will no longer be available on the website.

Semi-formal: Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, dark suits and ties, etc.

Do you have a hotel room block?
Answer
Yes, at The Atheneum Hotel in Detroit, MI. We have also recommended some additional hotels that are nearby and in a variety of price ranges. Please refer to the Travel tab on our website to learn more!

Will parking be available?

Guests may park in the Detroit Opera House's parking structure for $18/vehicle.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Will there be food and drinks served?

Oh yes there will! We will have passed appetizers, a full open bar, a strolling dinner, and wedding cake!

Where are you registered at?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is gift enough, but because you asked, we are registered at Macy's, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and we also have a honeymoon fund. Please visit our website's registry page for all the details.
