Unfortunately our original wedding plans have had to be modified. We have decided that getting married this year, on our original date, makes the most sense for us. Therefore we have a change of venue and, unfortunately, a change in the amount of family and friends who can celebrate with us. To all those who were looking forward to celebrating with us but now can’t we are truly sorry. We hope to have a larger celebration once life goes back to a new normal.

As hard as Josh tried to surprise Jen, things didn't quite work out that way. He almost succeeded, until Kay Jewler's sent mail (that they promised they wouldn't send) to their home. Jen got home from work first and saw not one but two pieces of mail from Kay, addressed to Josh. At that point she had more than an idea what was coming. Long story short, even though it wasn't a surprise (to anyone that was there, actually...) it was amazing. Josh proposed that weekend at Universal Studios. (Yes, we both took a tequila shot just beforehand knowing what was coming!) For those of you who haven't heard the full story, just ask Josh... he's still angry.
