Travel Information

Airport Recommendations: We recommend flying into Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO), which is the main international airport in Rome. Airlines: Delta and United offer direct flights from the United States to FCO. There are also plenty of other options if you prefer different airlines. Getting to Trastevere from the Airport: By Train: From Fiumicino Airport, you can take the Leonardo Express train to Termini Station or the train to Trastevere Station. The ride to either station takes about 30 minutes. Trains run frequently but stop around 11:30 PM, so plan accordingly. By Taxi/Other Transportation: After arriving at Termini Station or Trastevere Station, you can easily take a taxi to your accommodation or wedding venue. Alternatively, you can hop on the H bus or Tram 8 from Viale Trastevere to Piazza Belli. From there, it's just a short walk to Piazza Santa Maria where the wedding is held.

Health Documentation: If you're traveling with prescription medication, be sure to carry any necessary documentation (e.g., a doctor's note) and check Italy's regulations for bringing in medications.
