4:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Dress Code: Summer Cocktail Attire: We recommend wearing something dressy that you can stay cool in. Sundresses, maxi dresses, jumpsuits, linen suits, and suits in lighter hues are welcome. We suggest skipping the stilettos for ease of walking across grass. Explaining a Quaker Ceremony: In addition to the Jewish traditions you'll see at our wedding, our ceremony will also include parts of our Quaker spiritual practice. After a few planned remarks, our officiant will guide us into a brief silent contemplation and anyone who wishes to speak may do so from their seat. We will exchange vows after this time. At the end of our ceremony, we would love for each of you to sign our Quaker Wedding Certificate (a poster-sized document we will display in our home) as a witness to our marriage!
11:00 am - 2:00 pm
Dress comfy for a farewell picnic!
Guests are invited to join us and our families in Ridley Creek State Park for a light brunch of coffee, pastries, and hoagies! We will be under a covered pavilion and trail hiking is available nearby.
