Isabella Nguyen and Nikolas Holloway met through friends while attending undergrad at Georgia State University in 2016. From there, they started talking, becoming friends, and then started dating in 2017. After attaining her master’s, Isabella started her career at EY, where she still is today, and becoming a licensed CPA in 2021. After undergrad, Nik continued to work as a paramedic until he started Morehouse School of Medicine. He graduated, becoming an official doctor in 2024, and continues his residency at MCG for anesthesiology in Augusta. After his residency they have plans to move to another state for Nik to start his fellowship in pediatric anesthesia in 2028. After fellowship, they plan to settle down in Atlanta near family, and have a happy family, including many kids. ~ Written by the bride’s sister, Josephina

Our color theme is plum & navy for our American portion! The Vietnamese tea ceremony will be red themed but “red” is the American equivalent of the bride wearing “white”.
Of course! However, Vietnamese receptions tend to get loud so we recommend bringing noise cancelling headphones for them. Just let us know if you do so we can plan on an extra seat!
