The closet airport to Livingston is Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (it is about a 40 minute drive). If your flight gets in at night, please be aware that the highway from Bozeman to Livingston can get very dark and it is a windy mountain highway. Ubers/Lyfts are extremely limited in Bozeman and are not available in Livingston. We recommend getting a rental car and if you do fly in at night, we recommend staying close to the airport the night you fly in and making your way to Livingston the following morning for the remainder of your stay.

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle from the Fairfield Inn & Suites to Copper Rose Ranch. There will be a shuttle leaving the hotel at 4pm and 4:30pm. Please be ready to board the shuttle prior to those times as they are on a strict schedule to ensure all guests arrive to the venue on time. We will have multiple shuttles going back to the hotel from Copper Rose Ranch at the end of the night.
Yes, if you are choosing to drive to the venue, there is a guest parking area.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. The reception will be inside.
May in Livingston can still be a little chilly or it can be starting to warm up depending on the week. Average lows range between high 30s and low 50s. Average highs range between high 50s and low 80s.
