FAQs

Question

Is the food allergy friendly?

Answer

Rio Tacos will be catering our wedding. With their gluten free kitchen and vegan options (rice and beans) everyone will enjoy a local cuisine. Can’t forget the salsa, guacamole and chips! For the kiddos, chicken nuggets will be provided. Dessert will be an assortment of delicious treats (don’t worry, there will be gluten free options)!

Question

What does parking look like?

Answer

It is street parking so we highly suggest carpooling if you are able. Please be mindful where you park as this is a residential area.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

When you go to RSVP and put in your name, your specific guest count will come up. We are wanting to celebrate with family and those who have been here for us throughout our time together. With that said, we have a specific guest count and ask that you only RSVP and bring those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, this is an adult only event and we encourage you to use this evening as a date night. Some children will be included on specific invitations so when you go to RSVP they should be listed. Our only ask is that if your kiddo becomes upset or start crying during the ceremony please take them inside to calm down. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are wanting Cocktail/Formal attire. For the ladies, we suggest a thicker heel to avoid sinking in the grass. For the men, a suit jacket and tie.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, please arrive 30-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at the Tapia residence. We understand that it is peak summer so during the ceremony and reception we will be providing fans and lots of water for everyone. We also ask that you plan accordingly for the weather.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras.) We have hired professionals for this special moment and we will be sharing our photos and videos as soon as we can. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos you'd like and be sure to share them with us as we'd love to see your perspective of our wedding!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

This will be an alcohol free wedding but that will not affect the level of fun we are going to have!
