What are the key wedding events, and when are they happening?

Friday, September 26, 2025: Welcome Party, 7:00 PM–11:00 PM Saturday, September 27, 2025: Ceremony, 3:00 PM at Williams Orchard. Reception, 5:00 PM–11:00 PM at Williams Orchard. Sunday, September 28, 2025: Brunch, 12:00 PM.

What’s the best way to RSVP?

Follow the RSVP instructions on your invitation or through this website by the provided deadline. Please RSVP by August 23rd

Where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside at William's Orchard. Please account for the sun and grassy area when planning your outfit selection.

Question

Is transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle bus will run from the Blue Chip Casino Hotel & Spa to the venue leaving at about 1:45 PM and arrive to the venue at about 2:30 PM. The shuttle bus will then leave at 11:00 PM and return guests back to the Blue Chip. Guests are welcome to also drive to Williams Orchard as there is plenty of parking on site.

What’s the dress code?

Formal attire is requested.

Where should I fly into?

Answer

If you have the option to fly into Chicago Midway airport, we highly suggest doing so. Midway airport is closer to Indiana than O'Hare. Additionally, South Bend Airport in Indiana can also be an option depending on where you are flying in from, as it is the closest airport to the venue.

Can I bring a guest?

Please refer to your invitation. If there is any confusion on if you can bring a guest or not please check with Isobella or Michael.

Will there be food/drink options for my dietary or allergy restriction?

Answer

Yes! There are both vegetarian and vegan entrée options, as well as passed hors d'oeuvres. If you have any food allergies, please indicate them when selecting your meal. We will notify the catering staff of all allergies and help accommodate special meal requests if necessary. We’ll also be featuring an open bar, offering a selection of beer, wine, and cocktails.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to the "Accomodations" tab on the website. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Blue Chip Hotel & Spa, and have reccomendations for additional hotels in the area. This is a popular time of the year in the Michigan City area to reserve your rooms early!
