What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm, so we recommend arriving a little earlier to allow time to park and get seated. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue. A parking attendant will be there to help direct guests, and golf carts will also be available for anyone who may need assistance getting to different areas of the venue - whether for mobility needs, very high heels, or just a little extra help!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with everyone! Because of our venue and guest count limits, we’re only able to host the guests listed on each invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Are kids welcome?

While we absolutely love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out celebrating with us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal - think cocktail attire or dressy separates, suits, slacks, long or cocktail dresses, and elegant outfits. Kilts are absolutely welcome too! Most importantly, be comfortable, and have fun with your look!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are plenty of great places to stay near the venue, as well as in Uptown Charlotte for those who want to explore the city. Uptown offers a variety of hotels, restaurants, and attractions all within walking distance, perfect if you’d like to make a weekend out of it! Whether you prefer something close to the venue or a spot in the heart of the city, you’ll have lots of options to choose from.
