FAQs

Question

When should I book my reservation?

Answer

We ask that you book your room by December 17th, however, we encourage you to book as soon as possible. Your reservation will count as your official RSVP although we strongly ask you to RSVP on this site as soon as you know.

Question

How and where should I book?

Answer

Please visit our travel page, on this site, for how and where to book.

Question

Why is there only a deposit cost as apposed to a blanket cost?

Answer

Everyone's needs are different in terms of length of stay, home airport, booking dates etc. PLEASE, contact Vera, at Perfect Destinations, as SOON as possible to lock in a qoute and make her aware of all of your travel needs. If you choose to book your airfare separately you may do so, however, Vera can include your airfare, airport transport as well as travel insurance. Visit the travel page, on this site, for Vera's contact information.

Question

When do I need to be paid in full?

Answer

You must be paid in full 45 days prior to the beginning of your stay. For example, those that are checking in on June 29th, your full payment will be due on May 15th.

Question

What if I want to stay at a different resort or have timeshare elsewhere?

Answer

We want to advise you that by staying off of the resort, you will risk not having the same conveniences and experiences as everyone else. We would really appreciate having you around for all of our wedding events! If you still feel this will work best, they do have day passes which you must purchase for each day you plan to join us on the resort for $115. You must let us know immediately however, as we are only allotted a small number of day passes for wedding guests.

Question

What things are there to do at the Resort?

Answer

There are a plethora of activities and fun things to do at the Hardrock Riviera Maya Resort. Please visit their website at http://www.hrhrivieramaya.com/ and see!

Question

Can I take pictures/video at your wedding?

Answer

We wish to have an unplugged ceremony. We invite you to be fully present as you share in our joyous occasion. However, you are encouraged to take plenty of photos at the reception.
