Please RSVP by August 1st so we can finalize all the details with our vendors. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you will not be attending.
We request that all of our guests dress in semi-formal attire. Wear whatever color you like, but please, do not wear white. Since the ceremony is outdoors and reception will be indoors, we recommend cocktail dresses, dress shirts, and slacks. Portland evenings can be cool, so a light layer is a good idea.
Please arrive no later than 4:15. The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30pm.
Due to space and planning, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be noted. If you have any questions, please reach out.
While we adore your kiddos, this will be an adults-focused celebration. Children are only invited if they were listed on your invitation.
Street parking is available near the venue, and several surrounding hotels offer valet services. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking. If you’d prefer not to drive, the venue is easily accessible via public transit, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.
We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We are choosing to have an unplugged ceremony so that everyone can be fully present with us. Our professional photographer will capture every special moment, and we will be sure to share those memories afterwards.
