If you have some free time while you’re in town, the DIA is such a fun and easy outing. It’s one of Detroit’s most iconic spots and has everything from classic masterpieces to modern art and rotating exhibits.
If you’re hanging out downtown, Campus Martius Park is a great spot to visit. It’s right in the middle of everything and always has something going on. It’s perfect for a casual stroll, grabbing a bite, or a quick walk to the Detroit Riverfront!
If you’re still in town on Sunday, Eastern Market is a great, easy outing before heading home. It’s a little more relaxed than the big Saturday market, but you’ll still find select vendors and some great casual bites. Even if you’re not shopping, it’s fun to wander around, grab a coffee, and check out the colorful murals.
