When should I RSVP by? Where do I RSVP?

Please RSVP by May 31st! Click on RSVP and enter the name on the card that was given and select if you will or will not attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to be seated at 4:30 pm at the garden gazebo, to allow ample time to enjoy the festivities!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free self parking at the hotel.

Where will the ceremony and reception be?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in the Garden Gazebo. There will be signs and golf carts to transport you to the ceremony area. Arrive by 4:30 pm to be transported by the golf carts. The reception will be indoors in the Majestic ballroom.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love the little kiddos, this is an adult only celebration except for the children in the wedding party/family members. We thank you for your understanding.
