Final RSVPs will become available to make when Formal Invitations are sent out the ending of 2024. These will count as final decisions and will be due by February 1, 2025. All reservations that are not turned in by the given date will automatically be counted as a decline.
Please arrive for the ceremony no later than 4:30 PM. This is to ensure there are no disturbances during the ceremony. If you happen to show up late, please do not enter while the bridal party is walking down the aisle. You will be asked to wait outside until it is an appropriate time to enter. If you are unable to make it to the ceremony, join us during Cocktail hour in preparation for dinner. Cocktail hour will start at 5:30pm.
We love your little ones! But children guest are only reserved for immediate family and close friends. If your little one's name is not present on the invitation, we apologize in advance. Maybe it is time for date night out of town?
Unfortunately, reservations are only extended to those who are counted under their name. The groom and the bride wishes to have an intimate event with their closest friends and families.
Yes, we will be providing a list of accommodation for the weekend of the wedding along with central and safe areas if you wish to extend your stay here in Arizona. Because our wedding is out in the desert, it may not be ideal to stay out there past the wedding weekend. But there are beautiful places in Arizona we can recommend if you would like to further explore :) Please refer to the "Hotels & AirBnb" tab
We are requesting that our guest show off their beauty in dressy casual attire. This includes nice pants and button up for men & dress for ladies. The theme of our wedding will consist of neutral earthy tones (nudes, blushes, browns, greens,...). The color scheme will have a visual presence on the invitations. We ask that guest please refrain from colors such as: creme, beige, white, champagne, and ivory (anything that will diminish the impact of the brides attire)
Yes! The awesome thing about this venue is that the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception is all in one. Which means no need to take multiple trips the day of the wedding. The venue also offers a great size parking lot and it allows guest to leave their cars overnight (but must be picked up the morning after). So if you decide to ride share back to your rental, you are able to do so safely.
