What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is formal-ish. We’d love for everyone to dress up, but it doesn’t have to be black tie. Suits, sport coats, cocktail dresses, or nice long dresses are all welcome. If you’re not sure, don’t stress about it. We’ll just be happy to celebrate with you.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside in the garden, so please plan for grass and weather. Dinner and dancing will be inside the inn afterward.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

The Pelican Inn has parking available for our guests, so you’re welcome to drive if you’d like. The road is windy so please drive carefully. If you plan to drink, please arrange for a designated driver or schedule an Uber or Lyft in advance. **Uber and Lyft pickups must be scheduled ahead of time for no later than 10:30PM, as they can’t be requested last-minute at the venue. Once your driver is confirmed, please tell them that they will lose service as they are coming out to the inn.**

What time should I arrive for the ceremony

Answer

We recommend arriving between 4:30 - 4:45pm. Traffic in the area can be challenging so please plan accordingly. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate the number of people that we have addressed your invitation to. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’re able to enjoy a fun night off and celebrate with us!
