Answer
To help us with our planning and guest counts, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline to RSVP is October 18th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you understand!

Our wedding is not extremely formal. Cocktail Attire/Semi-Formal dress is completely appropriate for our ceremony. We want you to be comfortable out there on the dance floor!!! Our wedding colors are emerald green and gold and the bridal and groom parties will be in those colors. Please refrain from wearing white, tan, or beige.

Answer
Please arrive for the ceremony no later than 2:45 pm. If you arrive afterwards, you will be required to either wait to enter the venue until after the ceremony is over or go directly to the cocktail hour area in the venue. We will look forward to your celebrating with us at the reception!

Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, it will be specifically addressed within the electronic RSVP. Otherwise, we ask that only the name of the person/people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding <3

As much as we love your little ones, our venue does have space constraints. If your child is invited, your invitation will state "The ______ Family" and your child/children's names will be listed when you RSVP.

Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you kindly refrain from having your phones/cameras out during the wedding ceremony. We want our friends and family to be present with us during this time. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture the ceremony. Outside of the ceremony, please take all the photos and videos as you like! We can't wait to see our wedding from your perspective.

There is plenty of parking in the lot attached to the venue as well as free parking on the streets directly surrounding the venue.

There will be an open bar with a selection of beer, cider, and wine. We have hired bartenders to help our night go off without any incidents but they will not serve anyone who is acting or appears impaired. Our goal is for everyone to have fun but also to arrive back at their destinations safely.
