Getting to Breck!
From DFW, Breckenridge is a 12 hour drive. The closest airport is Denver International Airport, there are multiple flights daily from DFW to DIA. From DIA to Breckenridge is around a 2 hour drive, you are more than welcome to rent a car or there are options for airport shuttles like the Epic Mountain Express. If we have multiple guests on the same flight, we could coordinate a private shuttle.

Where to look?
There are tons of Airbnb and Vrbo options for accommodations, as well as plenty of hotels in the area. Check out visitbreck.com for houses as well. We encourage you to book your accommodations early as Breckenridge is a popular summer destination.

Downtown Breckenridge
We prefer to stay close to Main Street to be in walking distance of the town, but there are truly no bad options in Breckenridge. Downtown Breck will be busy and full of people, but also will be the closest to all of the restaurants and shops. It is also super easy to walk to the free gondola to get up the mountain.

Peak 7
Peak 7 is the smaller more understated base. The Grand Lodge features a restaurant, bar, and even a pool with slides and hot tubs. I recommend this area for families with kids. It is also a really quick gondola ride to and from Main Street if you prefer not to drive.

Peak 8 is the heart of the resort. Here you will find the area with mini golf, the mountain coaster, mountain slides, and scenic chair lift.

The Grand Colorado is another great resort that features movie theaters, a lobby bar, and a spa. You can also ride the free gondola to Main Street from this peak.

If you are looking for a chain hotel with a nice pool, this hotel is located on Peak 9 and 2 miles from our ceremony site.

Other Areas
There are also plenty of areas around Breckenridge that aren't on Main Street or on one of the Peaks. Frisco is a less busy town, but has a Whole Foods and Walmart if you prefer to be closer to those amenities. There are hotels like a Ramada and La Quinta in Frisco.
