How soon should I book my hotel?
Answer
Rooms at the resort are limited! To secure your spot, please text Morgan at 520-449-7524 to request the hotel VIP form. The firm deadline to submit this form is December 1st, 2026. We highly welcome you to buddy up with family to save space. All standard rooms feature two queen beds, and you are more than welcome to bring cots or blow-up mattresses. Let's get cozy and celebrate together!

Do we have to spend the night?
Answer
You absolutely do NOT have to stay the night! You are welcome to join the fun for as long or as short as you'd like. We have the entire resort for the week, featuring events like a Bridal Boat Day & Groom's RZR Ride, family fishing, kayaking, and bonfires, plus exclusive access to Apache Lake’s beaches and the resort amenities. You can drop in just for Saturday's wedding festivities or pick and choose from our week-long itinerary.

If I can’t stay at the resort… Where is the nearest hotel?

If you prefer NOT to stay at the resort, the nearest hotel options are in Globe, AZ, which is approximately a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from the venue. - Uber and Lyft is NOT available.
