The McDonalds

We first met in grade 9 in 2018 and became close friends.  But back then, that’s all it was - a friendship. We shared many laughs and memories during those years but in our final year of school we drifted apart. We lost contact and life moved on. 

Then in October 2024, after a powerful encounter with God, Mia reached out to Isaiah wanting to learn more about Jesus. On November 3rd, 2024, after 3 years of not seeing each other, we saw each other again & he brought her to church. In that season, our friendship was restored but this time, God was at the centre.
After some time, we knew this was more than a friendship.

All the glory goes to God. This isn’t just our love story - it’s His.
 It is a testimony of His perfect timing, grace and goodness.
